Super Easy Meditation AND Tips On Finding Yourself, Dude

Aye aye aye! It’s been such a wonderfully busy season over here at Page Photography llc. In the past month, I’ve documented two weddings and 16-ish portrait sessions. Sitting still is a tough one for me, so editing MUST be done in shifts or else I’ll never be able to focus.

If you’re a professional photographer, you know these months are the busiest. Erica Coffman told me once that she referred to this time of year as “Cry-tober” and I laughed, instantly banking that term into long-term memory. haha!

How do I survive Cry-tober? Mindfulness, brain meds, and the schedule I have forced upon myself to maintain sanity. This is the harvest season, I guess.

Enjoy this easy-peasy tiny guided meditation and then keep on listening as I share how to find yourself again after a TBI.  Let me know how you felt during the meditation. I’d love to hear <3
